Healing, Growth and Wellness -

"The Perfect Gift for Any Day~"

Our Philosophy:

“True wellness begins within. We empower people to reconnect with themselves, find balance and discover the transformative power of self care.”

At Tehara Dream Pte Ltd, we believe in the power of self-care, inner balance and the quiet strength that comes from listening to our inner self. In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to forget the importance of slowing down, listening to ourselves and taking care of our inner being. That’s why we focus on balance - because a balanced life creates space for healing, growth and lasting well-being. When you begin within, everything else begins to bloom.

We are more than a brand - we are a movement that encourages self-care, self-love and mindfulness. A balanced life - nurturing your body, mind and soul offers powerful health benefits and potentially help prevent many medical conditions caused from daily stressors.

In essence, at Tehara Dream Pte Ltd, we embrace the belief that healing begins from within. Our bodies have an incredible ability to identify and heal itself, often just needing a gentle nudge to quieten down or get started. We see health as the greatest gift, for ourselves and our loved ones! Discover the transformative potential of Starburst Alchemy and Reiki with us, where we uphold the philosophy that "Prevention is better than cure" and celebrate it as

"The Perfect Gift for Any Day~".

*In all our sessions, the focus is on energy that transcends all boundaries. Anyone is welcomed, regardless of background, beliefs or religion. Our approach is inclusive and designed for all, making it accessible for anyone seeking connection and growth. Experience the power of energy in a supportive environment where all you need is an open mind :)*

Despite primarily providing energetic therapies, we strongly believe in natural and holistic healing. Therefore, we do have a wide network of chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, personal trainers, rehabilitation therapists whom we can refer you to if and when needed to help with the physical ailments in a non-traditional medical approach.
We also aim to give back to the community as much as we can. We continuously support World Vision Singapore, by making contributions in the form of ad-hoc gifts through their platform to help the children and families who are in need.

We are truly grateful that you are a part of this journey because you make it possible for us and for them :)
